Cancellation & Refund Policy
The exact refund you're entitled to is always shown before you pay, and locked to your booking.

| 15–29 days before | 70% |
| 7–14 days before | 50% |
| 0–6 days before departure | 0% |
If TripQuest cancels a departure (weather, roadblocks, under-booking), you get a 100% refund or a free reschedule to another date.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Card & wallet refunds are automatic; bank-transfer and cash refunds are processed manually within 7 business days with a recorded reference.
Advance payments are subject to the same tiers above based on your total booking value.
