1. Information we collect

• Contact details — your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, and city.
• Booking details — the trip and departure you select, number and type of travellers, room preference, pickup point, and special requests.
• Traveller identification — for each traveller, the name, CNIC / B-Form / passport number, gender, and age required by hotels and security check-posts in northern Pakistan, plus an emergency contact.
• Payment information — the amount, method, and status of your payment. Card and wallet details are handled entirely by our licensed payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and device/browser type, used to improve the site.

2. How we use your information

• To create, confirm, and manage your booking, and to prepare trip manifests, rooming lists, and pickup schedules.
• To send you booking confirmations, payment receipts, balance reminders, departure details, and support — by WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• To process payments and, where applicable, refunds.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.

3. WhatsApp & Meta

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to communicate with you about your booking (confirmations, reminders, trip updates, and support). When you message us or provide your number for WhatsApp contact, your messages and phone number are processed by WhatsApp/Meta in accordance with the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We only use WhatsApp to communicate with you for the purposes above and do not sell your number. You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

4. How we share information

We share your information only as needed to run your trip:

• Service providers — payment processors, hosting, email/SMS, and WhatsApp/Meta, who process data on our behalf.
• Trip operations — hotels, transport, and guides, limited to the traveller details they need.
• Legal — authorities where required by law, court order, or for safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep booking records for as long as needed for operational, accounting, and legal purposes. Sensitive identification data (CNIC / passport numbers) is restricted to authorised staff, masked in everyday views, and automatically purged approximately 12 months after your trip is completed.

6. Security

We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and encrypted backups. Payment card data is handled entirely by a PCI-compliant payment processor. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing or WhatsApp messages. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations.

8. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and basic analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults booking travel (children may travel as part of a family booking made by an adult). We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
