Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tripquestpk.com and any tour booked with TripQuest PK (“TripQuest”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or booking a trip, you agree to these Terms. For how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
1. Bookings & payments
A booking is confirmed once the advance (or full) payment is received and, for manual transfers, verified. Seats are held for 20 minutes during online checkout, or up to 24 hours while a bank-transfer proof is verified. Prices are shown per person in PKR and are locked to your booking at the time of purchase. The balance, if any, is due by the date shown on your booking (typically 3 days before departure).
2. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is shown to you before you pay and locked to your booking. If TripQuest cancels a departure (for example due to weather or roadblocks), you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate traveller details and carry a valid original CNIC (or B-Form for minors) for security check-posts in the north. You agree to follow the tour lead’s reasonable instructions regarding safety. You are responsible for your personal belongings and for any conduct that endangers the group.
4. WhatsApp & electronic communications
By providing your phone number and booking with us, you consent to receive service messages — booking confirmations, payment receipts, reminders, and trip updates — by WhatsApp, SMS, and email. WhatsApp messaging is provided via the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and is subject to WhatsApp’s terms. You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us; essential booking-related notices may still be sent by other means.
5. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to deliver your trip as described, but we are not liable for delays, changes, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, landslides, road closures, or acts of authorities. In such cases we will offer a reschedule or refund in line with our cancellation policy. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The content on tripquestpk.com — text, images, itineraries, and branding — belongs to TripQuest or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
